This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly on wooddreamhome.com, operated by Wood Dream Home SRL, registered in Briceni, Republic of Moldova.

If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, affiliate links), please refer to that seller’s own refund/return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Digital Products (templates, e-books, 3D models, downloads)

All sales are final once delivery begins. Digital files are instantly accessible and cannot be returned.

EU/UK consumers: You have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, unless you consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge you lose that right once delivery starts.

Defective or incorrect file: If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days via our Contact Page. We will replace the file or provide a fair remedy.

Physical Products (future availability)

Exchanges: Where stock allows, we may exchange instead of refund.

Change-of-mind returns: You may withdraw your order within 14 days of delivery (EU/UK consumers). Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, perishable goods, and items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk until we receive the item. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund timeline: After inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
